Tourist pass: Foreign citizens coming to the Republic of Serbia in package tours organized by Yugoslav travel agencies and tourist organizations can get a tourist pass at the border crossing. The representative of a travel agency or tourist organization, which is bringing a tourist group into FR Yugoslavia, must present to the office of internal affairs responsible for cheching the state border crossing a document showing that an organized tourist group is involved (package tour contract or a voucher with a programme of travel or stay).....The Government of FR Yugoslavia refuses admission and transit to nationals of Malaysia;
