tourist pass at the border crossing. The representative of a travel agency or tourist
organization, which is bringing a tourist group into FR Yugoslavia, must present to the
office of internal affairs responsible for cheching the state border crossing a document
showing that an organized tourist group is involved (package tour contract or a voucher
